On Sunday, April 26th, 2015- Atlanta experienced its funkiest footrace in a 5K run/walk that kicked off the annual Inman Park Festivial. Folks from all over Atlanta came out on this beautiful spring morning in Inman Park for the Mary Lin Rocket Run. All proceeds benefit the Mary Lin Education Foundation, whose mission is to help Mary Lin Elementary School achieve its educational goals by providing instructional, physical, and technological opportunities for the enrichment of Mary Lin students. The Rocket Run 5K logo on all of the T-Shirts was designed by one of Mary Lin's own third-grade students! With beautiful spring weather, gorgeous scenery and plenty of excited runners, there was no shortage of fun at this fun 5K! Results can be found right here: Great job, Runners! See you at our next race- The Tear Drop Half Marathon!
